I also agree with Cel's comment on 12/5 - I have never had so much time spent on my bottom - weird! To make things worse, after I came out and the receptionist asked how it was - I said, it was the worst massage I'd ever had. I agree with Alyssa's comment on 10/29 and Kyle's on 1/19. It is so painful I had trouble sleeping last night and even now when I move and my bra/clothing press against the area as I lean into a chair or my car driver's seat - I wince. The first 15 mins or so he did this with the sheet covering my back - so it's like I have a rug burn or something on my back. Each time he said "Sorry" and then kept right on. At least 6 separate times I either asked him to go softer, or said it was too hard or actually said ouch at one point. He used his forearm and palms to grind into my back and neck. While I usually like a little more firm pressure (which I was never asked what I prefer) - this was beyond the most intense pressure I've ever had. I thought, oh well, guess I'll go with it. I was not asked if I preferred male or female and was surprised, as I was laying face down, to realize the therapist was male. I have never written a review and was debating about doing this one - but as I read some of the other Yelp reviews that had the same experience I realized my experience was not just a "one off" and that this place knows about the issue with the male therapist and have taken no corrective action.
